| The enquiry management section allows you to enter the name and address details of any potential customer who enquires about your products and/or services. You may then send them a letter of your own design using the powerful integration to Microsoft Word ®.
The data on the customer is retained for future reference, and can be automatically followed up. This enquiry can be converted to a Quote or Order on demand. More > |

| Create Quotes directly or from a converted Enquiry. You can create a quote in many ways including browsing your catalogue (complete with photos of your product range), accessing the products or services database, or simply by re-using a previous quote.
The Quotations System integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Word ® to allow you to print letters to your prospective customers.
Quotes can be followed up and converted to Orders at the 'touch of a button'. More > |

| Orders can either be built up by selecting elements from a list of products or services (in the identical way to Quotes), or you can pre-define your standard product range and simply select the one you wish to offer the customer. You may also convert an Enquiry or Quote into an Order - this can save a lot of typing!
Once the order has been created you can print a range of user defined correspondence to your customer. You can also print Job Cards, all done with a seamless link to Microsoft Word ®.
Once an Order has been raised, you can post payments, invoices, credit notes and refunds. You can also view financial history and keep on top of debts the powerful debt management system. More > |

The Schedule allows you an overview of the status of all of your orders, detailing the jobs that need to be done and the ones that are overdue.
You can define the sections and job headings yourself. This section allows complete and easy control of your work flow. More > |

Invoices can either be raised individually or in batches. The Schedule system could be used to pass jobs to be invoiced when they have been fixed!
